Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

Defective products covered under a valid warranty may be returned at any time within the warranty period. Please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange for defective or damaged products.

Disposable medical supplies must be returned in new, unopened condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@caretouchusa.com or call us at 866-890-8500 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided. Mail your return to the following address:

In the case of returns not covered by us, we strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. We can only process refunds/replacements once we receive and inspect the item returned to us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your returns. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your return for us to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
